Does the First Amendment Protect Testimony by Public Employees?, 77 U. Chi. L. Rev. 1473 (2010).Matt Wolfe's practice concentrates on a variety of commercial litigation matters. While at the University of Chicago Law School, Matt served as a member of the Law Review, and won the Joseph Henry Beale Prize for legal writing and the Morrison & Foerster Award for best first-year moot court brief.
Prior to law school, Matt worked as a journalist and a teacher. During law school, Matt served as a Peggy Browning Fellow with the Chicago Newspaper Guild. His interests include employment, labor, and media law.
