Jacob D. Smith

Jacob Smith's practice encompasses a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters.  While at Northwestern, Mr. Smith served as a senior articles editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He was also a member of the Northwestern University National Trial Team.

Mr. Smith is the author of Johnson v. California: The Supreme Court Invades The States’ Authority To Establish Criminal Procedures, 96 J. Crim. L. & Criminology 995 (2006).
