Rachel's practice includes a variety of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts.  She has had experience in the areas of intellectual property, including false advertising and patent litigation, insurance coverage, class action, and breach of contract.

While in law school, Rachel was a member of the Hinton Moot Court Board and won the Joseph R. Mulroy Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.
