Jessica Jax's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in state and federal court, including the defense and prosecution of cases involving liability, securities fraud, patent infringement, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and insurance coverage. Jessica also has extensive experience litigating cases in arbitration and mediation contexts.
Jessica is the author of Smith v. City of Jackson: Setting an Unreasonable Standard, 56 Duke L.J. 1377 (2007).
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was a litigator at Winston & Strawn.
