Matthew I. Hafter

Matt Hafter represents clients in numerous diverse corporate and commercial matters, including venture capital transactions; public and private offerings of securities; securities reporting and compliance matters; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of public and private companies; organizing private equity funds; representing lenders and borrowers in credit and secured lending transactions; and representing directors, stockholders and others in corporate governance matters. He has also negotiated and drafted joint venture, license, and distribution agreements and other complex commercial agreements for both U.S. and foreign entities.
