Comment, The Most Dangerous Blot in Our Constitution: Retiring the Flawed Electoral College "Contingent Procedure," 104 Nw. U. L. Rev. 705 (2010).Rami has experience with a variety of commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property, insurance coverage, class actions, employment discrimination, bankruptcy, breach of contract, and ERISA.
Prior to joining Grippo & Elden, Rami served as a law clerk to Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, he served as Senior Articles Editor on the Northwestern University Law Review and was on the winning team during the 2010 Julius Miner Moot Court Competition, during which he also won awards for best brief and best speaker in the final round. He received his B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary, where he was a James Monroe Scholar.
