Mr. Donoho concentrates in complex litigation. He has represented large organizations in a variety of high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts. Mr. Donoho has written the following articles: - Achieving Supreme Court Consensus: An Evolved Approach to State Sovereign Immunity, 88 Nebraska Law Review 760 (2010);
